The effects of net neutrality and the death of VPNs?

    So is it viable to assume that ISP will simply throttle down VPN connections and make them unusable?

    Some may throttle VPN's but it is certainly not the death of VPN's. VPN's using OpenVPN can usually use different protocols or ports to make it harder to block, and some also offer VPN through SSH for example or some other tunnel to disguise the traffic.
