    So what? Do we think that this is the CIA's first onion site? Strange.
     
  3. They have been using onion sites since they were invented. Probably dead drop forums that are used for a very short time then deleted for intelligence gathering purposes. They are probably also huge users of messaging apps that use onion services like ricochet, torchat and qtox.
