    Just wanted to say thanks to Anton for his help and unbelieveably quick responses to this forum. I have never seen a forum where the responses are quicker then the helpdesk!!!

    I hope this remark is meant in an ironic way?
    Ofcourse it should be the other way around!

    I paid 50 dollars for software that doesn't work the way it should. (see this thread) Just a moment ago (waited a week) I received an answer from the support department...... if I have time I will start a thread about it, because it's worth some attention. I never received such a dissatisfying answer from a helpdesk. I think they don't understand English. :D

    Why did I pay the 50 dollars? Because I want the full support and updates. I
    I appreciate the help of Anton, but unfortunately he isn't able to solve many problems. When it gets difficult he has to say: please contact our helpdesk.
