Tried all above, everything works as intended in Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (32-bit). I will add that my version is from PortableApps.com, if that makes a difference.
I just installed portable version (32 bit) from PortableApps in VM with no modification an still have a problem. If in post #2 I click on arrow nothing happens, if I click on link in post, page is reloaded and scrolled to post #1.
Thank you for confirming that! I'm at a loss to explain why this is happening to some of you. Maybe @LowWaterMark can take a look at the code.
