Did that (uBlockO) - made no difference. Also, blocking this will break other things on other websites.
You can do it manually, on the sites you don't want to use it (or allow it where you want to use it). uBlock gives you that option.
True, but in my case I found that I had to manually do this all too often, so I just made a noop for it.
For uBlockO just use the following filter: Code: www.cso.com.au##script:contains(createAndDisplayAds())
just a quick note - this only works with Gecko based browsers (Firefox and its variants) For Chromium based browsers, one can disable inline script filter for that site. Though it might hamper with other site functionality.
