Hi - while we are happy with how your drivers work on one workstation we are dissapointed in the surprising unreliability of your software on our second workstation. As well, we are surprised you have no phone support options even for those who just bought your software - AND your your mandatory support site doesn't even list this software as an option (!) That said - 1) We bought HFS+ for windows 8.0 and tested it on one workstation. 2) Every attempt to then install it into our main workstation - Win XP SP3 causes it crash terribly on start up in a crash reboot loop. What do you suggest we do? We've repaired and reinstalled many times and can not get your software working. We think there's a chance it may be conflicting with our eSata Cal Digit Card driver. I would attach a crash report but they are corrupted this crash is so bad! At this point we are likely going to have to go back to Mac Drive and ask for a refund unless you have some suggestions for moving forward. Thank you for any help you can provide.
