Technical Support...

I don't know if this is suppose to be here but can u guys help me? MY problem is my mouse seemds to disconnect every now and then for some odd reason. I tried plugging a different mouse but the same problem happens. I'm not sure if its a program in my computer but if you know anything, plz help. And one more thing, when i start up my computer, theres this file that plays(forgotname) something about SYSTEMOPERATION (it plays in real player). Thanks.
