TDS Auto update?

Can tds auto update?

 

Hi Chris, Only in the licensed version, Automatic updates are scheduled for Mondays and Fridays but you can also update at anytime using the TDS menu item "Update TDS Databases now" or use Ctrl + U

Thanks for that, it has answered one of my questions, the other I have on TDS 3, its always coming up a change in the Autostart registry has occurred, but its never highlighted, is this normal?

 

Yes, If you are changing programs regularly that effect autostart registry settings then you will get the alert, unfortunately you have to know what you did to understand what reg setting has changed as the change is not highlighted but al least you would have been warned if it is not something that you have ainitiated and you can then investigate further.
TDS4 will address this problem either by highlighting the change or showing a more useful alert.
