Added to TB my gmail acct. sync. Deleting FF & FF profiles folder. That should kill the 'sync? Anything to do in Gmail? Thanks
some people think it's cute to use abbreviations that not everyone would understand. TB = Thunderbird. FF=Firefox.
Sorry for the confusion TB = thunderbird & FF = firefox. I was pretty sure I understood all involved. Double-checking, before I do something i regret. Looking at Gmail from within Chrome, it's now asking to synch, (Chrome has found Thunderbird's gmail account & wants to synch with it), NOT synching should allow thunderbird's removal, without problems to gmail in chrome. That was easy! Should have trusted myself more, prior to posting
