taskmanager replacement

is there another free program that i can use to see what programs are running and how much cpu usage they are using? i usually just glance at the taskmanager every now and then, but is there something better i can use? hope this makes sense.

 

process explorer can do it. it can do lots of things. double-click a process and pick performance graph to see how much CPU a process uses
