A warning to users. All support email to Acronisis is now being bounced. I have tried everthing suggested here to contact Acronis. I only wish for my paid for upgrade to function. Therefore, after the weekend. I intend to contact all the UK computer magazines with the resume of my problems with Acronis. I have also made contacted a friend in the Visa organisation who is going to look into the matter for me, with a view to getting a refund. Would anyone else having this problem reply here - I have had many replies from UK users with the same problem via a couple of forums. Perhaps the company is going out of business?
