System encryption for Opensuse 11.2

Hi

Today i reinstalled Opensuse 11.2 KDE (only it no dual boot ) with this scheme:

sda1: swap
sda2: /
sda3: /home

I not created a LVM with encryption because i wanna use Truecrypt to do, but i installed it (from yast => webpin) and not see a option to do it... like in windows... only have option to create a container. I'm doing something wrong or the linux version not permit it? There is alternatives or the best thing i do is reinstall and setup a LVM encryption?
