I ran SysInspector V 4.0.68.0 on my Vista machine after some strange behaviour (which happened to my clients PC Earlier today of which I connected to his network). Nod32 V4 didn't find anything but I ran SysInspector and it found a "Rootkit Hidden" with PID: 1344 at 9:Risky.

Is this an actual rootkit? If so how come is wasnt blocked or more importantly how to I remove it?

I suspect I picked it up from my client...

PS. The strange issue was continuous blank IE windows opening at an accelerating rate...

It seems to be a false positive. It's known issue of ESI on Windows Vista and should be repaired in the next version.
