sysinspector not working with ERA console ...

    For some reason the sysinpector info is not available from my ERA console, even though it works fine on the client. If I go to SysInspector in the ERA console, it just says "SysInspector information is not available" Requesting the info does not work. It seems to work only randomly on certain clients, I can't find any ryhme or reason to it.

    If I go to that same client and launch sysinspector manually, it works fine.

    Have you attempted to uninstall/reinstall ERA?
