SysInspector.exe throws Application Error

    Running version 4.2.64 of Business Edition (just installed from scratch) on Win2k8 SP2.

    Also running Remote Admin Console + Server.

    Every 10 minutes (about when the clients check in with the server) we get an event in the Application log from "Application Error". The text is:

    Faulting application SysInspector.exe, version 4.2.64.12, time stamp 0x4c63e535, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00000000016aca53, process id 0xf70, application start time 0x01cb45d4d6873a4b.

    Using Task Manager, I can (briefly) see the SysInspector.exe task starting with the parameters '/gen="C:\Windows\TEMP\SysInspector-DC1-100827-1034.xml" /supersilent'. Having a look in the TEMP folder doesn't show this file.

    Trying to run SysInspector.exe /gen=test.xml manually also caused an Application Error after a few seconds.

    With the error message on the screen, run "procdump -ma sysinspector.exe". When done, I'll provide you further instructions for uploading the application dump.

    Thanks for the reply - I now have a nice big procdump file.
