Symantec Drive Encryption/Bitlocker etc: can Encase really 'decrypt' them?

According to the Encase website, their, they had modules to encrypt various popular encryption apps:

<<For details on how to use EnCase to decrypt Symantec PGP>>

This looks like nonsense and I assume they just mean to decrypt such a drive from within Encase, if you actually know the pw, or perhaps a cold boot attack etc. It cannot possibly mean that they can decrypt it? They list the same for all other popular encryption programs (though not TC, Bescrypt, Diskcryptor etc).

I am seeking reassurance because I am sure that is all it means.

That is worthless without the access credentials being known.
