Sygate firewall- strange program connection

    i was opening Windows media player and ad-aware->updating it simultaneously
    i closed WMP, then also closed ad-aware
    immediately, sygate launched a dialog box as attached below
    isn't it strange that ad-aware is being launched by WMP, and this was the first time i saw adaware trying to connect to www.lavasoftusa.com
    any idea bout this problem?

    Hi cl0ck

    Do you have rules in place for both applications, or are you prompted each time?

    Could just have been a glitch when running both at the same time. Have you run them independently since without any problem?

    yup, i have rules for both applications
    this is the 1st time i received this type of message
    i guess it's a bug in sygate firewall huh
