Suspecious behavior?

    I recently cleaned several virus from my system but there are 2 symptoms that still worry me
    1) Norton wont update

    2) Zonealarm shows that Winlogon and IE are trying to connect to 70.183.191.82 with prots 80,53 and reciently 443. The DNS is usually a1085.g.akamai but sometimes shows other names and whois shows something with "cox" (my IPS) in it.
