There is an option in SuRun for replacing WinLogons desktop with its own secure desktop. In what respects is the SuRun desktop more secure?
    It unfortunately disables fast switching.

That's a very good question. I would like to know myself.

According to the documentation you should only use that if the Winlogon desktop is for some reason acting flakey. It also mentions that using the SuRun secure desktop will eat more resources. The Winlogon desktop is the default so I just left it that way. I don't believe that one is more secure than the other, at least it's not mentioned in the manual.

I think it would be wise to use Winlogon.
