Support response?

    As I reseller in the UK, I've been looking to move my userbase from Adaware/Adwatch to SpywareBlaster/SpywareGuard (& from IE to Fx). However there seem to be 2 issues for business users. A poor support response & no method for resellers to buy the (autoupgrade) product to resell.

    Zero response forces me to move my userbase to another product. Ewido looks good.
