    Using something like that just to catch a few paedophiles would be an incredible waste. It's the same repeating pattern, using child porn as justification for massive monitoring, then expanding its usage to include terrorism, political dissent, and whatever else they decide is necessary. I'd wager that this will be primarily used to fight for and protect the powers that be from the growing dissent and outrage being displayed in the present "cyber war".
