The easiest way to see is to select the disable option, exit SuperAntispyware (SA), then launch SA. Enjoy the spectacle

Has anyone hobby-tested this release to see how much relevance an AS product has today?

Is this update going to automatically update or do I have to download it from the SAS site? I keep checking for an update and it says it's up to date with v5.0.1116.

Surely no hardship downloading and installing?! You could have done it in the time it took to write that post!

You're right there. I figured there's no need to rush for the update, so I'd let the program do it if it's going to. :)
P.S. I just went to the SAS web site and it shows V5.0.1108. wtf
I had to go to MajorGeeks to get V5.0.1118.

Enjoy what? I disabled it, exited then relaunched SAS, not a single difference.

    What spectacle?

The shell extension from SAS 5 still doesn't support ASLR, leaving explorer.exe vulnerable.

You are just too funny my freind.

SAS has saved you from nothing but has whipped your fanboyism up a notch.

That is a false postive detection by SAS(not a detection of true malware).

Just ask Nick S for confirmation:thumb:
