    changed today.
realtime:spysweeper 5.3 all shields active, kis6.0 all protection active.
spysweeper 5.3 only adds about 1 second to loadup time.
not bad with all those shields.
if your using spysweeper 5.2 and living in webroot hell get spysweeper 5.3 and live in bliss.

    on demand:superantispyware pro
    a squared free.
oddly superantispyware seems to load up slower and have more problems than spysweeper now.
superantispyware almost locked up my system just acessing the menu.
i hope Nick can sort it out

Just to test a quick theory Lodore rather than saying SAS is at fault for loading slower than usual, maybe you should look to a recent change on your system for example upgrade of SS.Configure SS not to run RT shields/run at bootup and see if SAS is still sluggish at loading etc

    HTH:)

    i updated kis6.0 to mp2 yesterday
and updated spysweeper 5.2 the day before.
    so thats two big changes.
eiether one of them could of caused the problem with sas pro.

ok now that i have turned off the spysweeper shields because when i closed IE 7 with the shields active it blue screened.
    superantispyware now works fine.
so webroot still have some big bugs to fix.
i dont think to many Ie7 users will be happy to have a blue screen everytime you close ie7 with shields active lol.
