My Sunbelt Kerio 4.3.268 does not start at computer startup.

When I start it manually, I have, in the Task Manager/Processes,

    kpf4gui.exe [My name]
    kpf4gui.exe SYSTEM
    kpf4ss.exe SYSTEM

and the icon is in the system tray.

Any suggestion on what to do to get it to start?

Hello Hans :) Did you right click on the Blue icon in the taskbar, and see if Show System Tray icon is ticked? if not tick this, and it will show up at startup. The second option, is to uninstall, and reinstall it again, this should fix it :)

Hello DVD-R, nad thank you for your reply.

Late yesterday, when I had my new KAV 6 uninstalled for a while, Kerio started automatically at computer startup. Then, when I reinstalled Kaspersky, I got a message to uninstall Kerio, otherwise KAV would not install.

I went on the KAV's forum, and discovered that incompatibilities had been discussed (although I have not yet discovered "my" incompatibility there). I will install Kerio again, and see if I can get the whole thing to work.

Do you or anyone else know of any discussion here on KAV/Kerio? Or do you have any other info on it?

Hello Hans, I do not use KAV,although I have tried it in the past, however not while using it with Kerio, I think maybe submitting a Technical help ticket to Sunbelt-Kerio, http://www.sunbelt-software.com/support.cfm and explaining the situation to them, and they will get back to you with their recommendations. :)

I got in touch with Kerio, and after having reinstalled Kerio after Kaspersky, everything works as it should as far as I can see.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    Happy New Year!
