Too few users of this SW to get reliable + stable results. I'd suggest Skip> 1 week.

I also use WinMerge. However, I use the portable version from PortableApps.com. SUMo correctly flags v2.16.10.0 as current (6 users according to SUMo).

Edit: According to winmerge.org, WinMerge2011 is an unofficial version by Jochen Neubeck.

Recently, I'm getting a lot of the following:
    server.png

Also, selecting check doesn't react the 1st time. If you select it again you get:
    Wait.png

Getting degraded messages too. Servers seem to have a problem servicing requests

    Anyone else?

Thanks for reporting. I'm looking at the root cause and fix.
    Please have a look to : https://www.kcsoftwares.com/bugs/view.php?id=6415
If you can attach 1-2 logs in debug mode, this will certainly help (in "private notes" if you want it not to be public)

    Log sent via PM.

Edit: I should add that scan time was not longer than usual, and no "degraded mode" this time.

    Thanks !
I see you've had "Degraded mode" multiple times in the past.... but not in that session. In fast i'd need a debug log in a session when the problem occurs (eg : Degraded mode displayed, even in a transient manner)

Just rescanned my machine four times. It was really fast, no "degraded mode", no problems at all. Hm... I will leave "debug mode" enabled and send you another log file should the problem reoccur.

Sent you my log via PM and added link in 2nd reply. I guess PM doesn't allow uploading files.

I tried again and again to get a log in "degraded mode", but SUMo works as expected. No problems, no "degraded mode". I will try again later.

I hope it's not just me but Sumo wants to keep installing the update and never stops.
I tried manually doing it but it makes no difference.

    Should be OK now

I haven't had any problems with the current version of SUMo so far, so I haven't installed the experimental build yet. It will be installed as soon as SUMo scans my computer in "degraded mode". Should this happen, I will switch back to "debug mode" and send you the log file(s).

Not much changed for me with the experimental version. Still seeing a lot of timeouts. I think Kyle is still looking into it and also reporting it to his host provider.Sumo Issue

Yes, exactly. Working on both side : having OVH understanding the server issue AND making SUMo client more flexible in the way load balancing is managed with alternate server (which also seems weak from time to time)
