Suggestions for best, ideally, Open-Source, for imaging/backup/analysis of iOS/Android devices ?

As per title, Suggestions for b est, ideally, Open-Source, for imaging/backup/analysis of iOS/Android devices ?

Same for Win, Lin, and Mac ?

Tried a lot and, I mean, a lot,, but there's a lot of crap out there that can't do it

Thihnking Linux might be way to go, although ReClaiMe and OnTrack is OK.

Ultimately, need to create Forensic backup image, including unused sectors, or iPhone and Android device's, where pass-code is known - it's not stolen - which you might be thinking. Reason is something was deleted and I need to analyse it. Device's are minie, and have pass-code; not-locked etc.

Any suugestion's for both imaging + analysis ?

Forget it for iOS. Nothing will work.
