I'm thinking about buying a used version of Nod32.

Since this copy has already been used and registered, does this mean I have to buy a new subscription for it?

Does the subscription start when I install it, or did the subscription already start when the original owner first installed it?

In other words, does the subscription time reset when it's re-installed?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

The subscription starts the day it was purchased if they didn't buy the boxed version.

    Hello,

Licenses start at the time the software was registered, not installed. If you were to register the software and then, for some reason, wait a week before installing it, you would have effectively "lost" one week of your registration.

Licenses cannot be resold, so you would need to buy a new license; in other words, you would not be eligible for renewal or upgrade pricing.

    Regards,

I dare to ask something else here: where can I verify when my license expires if I forgot ?

    Faq and answer.

Personally, the first thing I do when receiving a software license, is copy that license and store it in a safe place.

It's best not to "forget" your software licenses. It's much simpler to just copy and save them.
