Submitting Malware-Samples

does anyone know how to submit malware-samples to prevx?

i tried using "report@prevxresearch.com" , as it says to, in the sticky, but the email was bounced back so apparently that email address is not valid..

i can't find a way to submit malware-samples at the prevx website.. i hope prevx will consider fixing that to where people can submit samples at the prevx website..

 

Have a look at this thread: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=245129 WinZIP files will get rejected! RAR or 7z only with the password infected I use RAR myself without problems!

bounced back with a error message? sometimes server need a friendly kick

 

I've already replied via the Prevx Inbox to your same question - we generally prefer if responses come in only one method, rather than a post/PM/inbox message.

The response I sent was:

"Please ensure that you have followed the guidelines posted on Wilders - you will need to use a 7z or rar archive with a password to be able to send a sample to report@prevxresearch.com

We have received other email to that address today so there is not a global issue but if the problems persist, please let us know and we will investigate further."
