strange folders appearing on c

I noticed these really strange folders on my hd. They have long random lettered names with many files inside with similarly random names. I delete but they come back. They contain 0 bytes of data but last week they suddenly took up whole hard drive! I ran superantispyware, Avira, Avast, windows defender, and malwarebytes. All came back negative. It could not be malware if none of these detected right

 

what types of files are they? Can you please post a screenshot.
Btw. Are you using two AV?
If those files are executable files try uploading them to Avira, Windows defender, SAS
