I have 2 drives in my laptop. Windows is on C drive (SSC) and Ubuntu is on D (HD). D drive I also use as a storage (docs, images, some apps and soft). I have Licensed Macrium Reflect and would like to make an images of my drives. D drive quite big 344GB. So, after compression the image size may be more that 100GB. I'm worry in particular about ransom virus attack. My question is can ransom virus encrypt my files on D drive or it usually affects only files on C where is windows installed?

Ransomware can encrupt files on any internal and external drives, so you should backup your D drive too. Not only in case you get infected with ransomware, but also in case your hard drive or SSD fails.

It's worth noting that if you never open random email attachments and files from untrustworthy sources, then most likely you'll never get infected with ransomware. But of course, this is not a reason to avoid backups.
