I updated DB 9 Pro to the last build 10081 (July 09). Whenever I open the Help in Windows, the DB 9 process launcher.exe begins to consume a lot of resources. The use of CPU remains more or less constant at 70%, the use of memory increases rapidly to 300 MB or more. The only way to correct this is to close launcher.exe, that is, to close DB 9. This happens in Windows XP Home SP3. I had observed the same behavior in the previous version. Of course, this does not affect the basic functionality of the program.
