It looks like all their charging cables use a micro usb on the headset end. Can anyone verify this, or do their headsets use some sort of proprietary connector? It's for my son's headsest, which he bought less than a year ago. Thanks.

Thanks hawki, I actually saw that before I posted but my son tried a cable that he thinks is micro usb but it doesn't fit, so it makes me think he's mistaken something similar for it. Thanks for confirming!
Tell him to rotate the cable input 180 degrees and try again! Micro usb has only 1 side where it fits, it's not like usb-c!
If that doesn't work, rotate it 180° and try again. Little know historical fact: The micro USB connector was designed specifically for fast, reliable insertion in total darkness.
