The statistical information is sent 1-2 times per day, at maximum.

Yes, that has been my experience, but my question is about none since 6/3. I would think there would be unending stat uploads after the rollout of this new version. Perhaps they are triggered by locally logged new threats? Has any details about this stat info been published?

just have a look at this picture (my nod32 sends the statistical information more times than 1-2 per day at maximum)

Of course, I restarted my pc. But Marcos said nod32 sent statistical information only 1-2 times per day...

No, NOD32 creates statistical packages 1-2 times per day and submits them when possible.

I dont know if this happens because of my settings, but every time i restart my pc, nod32 sends info to eset (according to the logs and according to my firewall log).

This could happen if you haven't connected to the Internet for a couple of days, or if the ThreatSense server has recently been overloaded and couldn't accept the data.

I only noticed this in my logs the other day and there seemed to be quiet a few. I was puzzled as to what was sent but now I know - I think mine kept sending as I was closing NOD down each time to install new software - Firewall etc I had to re-boot twice with the firewall install and shut NOD down each time so 'think' NOD may have found the installs a bit suspicous as I really didn't notice these in logs before, plus NOD could not connect on reboot as I had disabled my router for the installs.

NOD knows better than me what it needs to send (I hope) ;)

This may be true, because my internet provider has some problems and sometimes internet connection is broken..

I was not talking only about your ISP, but about the ThreatSense server. It was slightly overloaded for the last 2 days so some packages were delayed a bit.
