Starting Acronis Loader error

    I have two partitions (C,D) in my notebook HD, I setup TrueImageHome 9 in partition C, and I create Acronis Secure Zone in partition D and backup my partion C image in it.

    When I want to recover my partition C from Acronis Secure Zone, after system is rebooted by Acronis TrueImpage, I only see "Starting Acronis Loader ..." and nothing happen ... why ?

    I have try to recover my partition C from Secure Zone or removable HD ... all "Starting Acronis Loader..." and nothing happen !!!

    Help plz ~

    OS : WinXP Professional SP2
    HD : 100GB SATA HDD
    Acronis TrueImageHome 9 (Build 3,677)

    Have you tried using the Rescue Media in safe mode ?

    My image file is bigger then 4.7 GB so I can't use Rescue Media (DVD) :oops:

    OK, I understood that your problem is booting. Once you have booted from the rescue media (which does not contain the image, just a bootstrap into ATI) you should be able to see your secure zone and your image on your D: drive.
