Start Menu does not expand ALL PROGRAMS

After several trojans and worms that affected my Windows XP Home Edition PC, I used some tools such as Ad-Aware, SpyBlaster, SpyGuard, HiJackThis and others to remove everything (at least I think so).

My Recycle Bin was gone but I did make it function properly again. There are two things that I don't know how to fix: 1) When I click Start Menu the ALL PROGRAMS submenu doesn't expand! I cannot see my programs! 2) I cannot see any of the FOLDER OPTIONS so I can't change any of that!

Is there anybody out there that can help me fix these problems?
