I am in the process of setting up a web server. For driver compatibility reason we landed on using CentOS 7. I do not have a tremendous amount of experience with it. I am trying to set up remote access to it for my web developer. I turned on the built in screen sharing functionality but from my understanding there are not many VNC clients that can connect to it. The general workaround for it is to disable the encryption, but since we have recently had a web server exploited, that is NOT an option. The only client I have been able to connect to it with is SSVNC. The problem is that the download link has a warning that it potentially contains malware. My questions are 2.

    1. Can anyone verify that SSVNC is malicious or not? A popular scanning site gets 33 detections out of 56 products.
    2. Does someone know of a better option for accessing this sever remotely?
