I am not sure if this is the right section, if it is not then i apologize..

I have a 840 Evo on a system without a TPM on a legacy BIOS (non-UEFI) so my only option is to use BitLocker with additional authentication at startup, i have some questions of what should i set on Samsung Magician..

Should i leave Encrypted Drive disable since i'm not using hardware encryption?
What about Over Provisioning, is it okay to leave enabled?

anyone has any experience with using encrypted SSDs to give me some tips?
