SpywareGuard shortcut icon on desktop

    Explain exactly what is the purpose of having this icon on the desktop. I havew Spywareguard on the tray (running). Would this icon only be clicked on if for some reason it was not on the tray?

    Howdy and welcome to Wilders!

    Pretty much, yes. If you choose to "exit" SpywareGuard, the icon in the tray will disappear when the application shuts down. To restart SpywareGuard, the desktop icon may be used.
