SpywareGuard installe problems

    I am having problems insrtalling latest version Spywareguard
    I keep getting message 'Spywareguard currently running please exit programme'
    problem is : I can't disable the current versuion I keep getting
    the 'browser protection alert' popping up & I can not switch it off
    Any advice on how to disable it until I can reload the later version ?
