spywareblaster problem

    i downloaded spywareblaster and ran it then did the update and when the new spyware is listed the coolies are listed in red , i click select all and they get checked and i click Protet Against Checked Items! a box pops up saying "success!" which i click okay , but as soon as the success box pops up all the red cookies become unchecked and remain red . is this okay or am i having a problem here? thanks

    The cookie protection in SpywareBlaster only works for IE6, not any earlier versions or any other browsers. Are you running IE6 or an older version of Internet Explorer. (Also, there are rare configurations where the cookie protection won't work for IE6 users, too.)

    If this is your situation, it is best to go into SpywareBlaster > Settings > check option: "Do not show spyware/tracking cookies on the protection list."

    ah , yes that would be it i am running IE5.5 thank you for the quick reply and clearing that up for me Low
