Spywareblaster causes error message in MS Office - please help

Yesterday I installed spywareblaster on my PC which has Windows XP Pro and Mozilla 1.7.
After installation, and every time I switch my PC on, it get this message -
"Error 1327 - Invalid Drive E, Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003"
When I click on 'ok' this message appears "Please wait while Microsoft configures Microsoft Office 2003". The original error message then appears again twice before it gives up. No sign of drive E in the 'My Computer' tree.
I have plugged in my camera (which makes drive E appear) downloaded photos and then disconnected it properly but this does not solve the problem.

Has anyone out there had this problem and if so, how did you solve it?

If you have the Office 2003 install disks on you, please try inserting them when that message appears.

With luck, that'll fix the issue.
