Spywareblaster AutoUpdate not working

    Hi all,

    I'm new here and am trying to solve a problem.

    Last fall I purchased a subscription to Spywareblaster autoupdate, which worked fine until recently.

    I "Ghost" my C: hard drive to D: and recently ran into a problem, so just switched the D: drive to C: and vice verse. Spywareblaster autoupdate will no longer work, even after I re-entered the code they had supplied, which I kept. I contacted support almost 2 weeks ago, but other than a response asking for the hardware code ID, to which I responded immediately, I have not heard back.

    Has anyone had any experience handling this or have a suggestion to get a response?

    Please re-send your e-mail response to the AutoUpdate Support e-mail address.

    (Also add a link to this thread to the top of your e-mail.)
