Spywareblaster and outlook conflict?

Hi, I went over to a friends last week ,
His outlook was working fine.

He had avg 6, I got rid of that and updated it to avg 7.
He has spybot search and destroy on the comptuer already.
I put spyware blaster on his computer now he can't send email from outlook. He can recieve.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hm I don't really expect that this is due to SWB - but you can easily find out by running SWB, and disabling all protection. Then try the Outlook functions and see if they work. If they still do not, SWB is not to blame and we'll hafta check out something else. Be sure to re-enable all protection in SWB when you're done!
