SpywareBlaster 4.0 looking for temp files in local settings

    I've never encountered this problem with SpywareBlaster 3.5.1, but just attempted to download the latest version (4.0) from CNET.com to this machine.

    It updated fine on another PC just 1/2 hour ago. Running Windows 2000 Pro

    The download will not proceed because it continuously looks for temp exe files that don't exist in Local Settings.

    Whose files are these, and why is it looking for them?
