SpywareBlaster 3.1 Update 4.7.04

O.K. I saw the update this a.m. ,unenabled spyblaster,uninstalled in add/remove,went to the 3.1 link and all I see is ver.3.0....Where's 3.1 at?

 

I tried that link,this is what I get...
