SpywareBlaster 3.1 problems with me

Okay recently I tried installing version 3.1 of spywareblaster. I had no problems with version 3.0 on my computer, but now when I try to start version 3.1, the program will load up but I get the outline of the program and in the middle it's completely white, I hear the computer working but eventually the program just doesn't load and I have to close it down via ctrl-alt-delete.

I disabled all proection in version 3.0 then uninstalled the program from the add/remove menu, before installing version 3.1. Any ideas of what I can do?

BTW: I'm running Windows 98, With Netscape 7.0 and Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1.

 

I am getting a similar problem but with the message "Run-time error '7': Out of memory". I'm running XP and use Netscape 7.1.
