Spyware perfomance cost

    Hello people. I am trying to convince some customers how important it is to eliminate malware . It seems that the only thing that will persuade them is the detrimate it has on pc performance... I have been asked for figures and i am looking for a credible source .. Does anyone know where i might find a credible source . Do any of the companys here have figures that are reasonably independant
