Spyware or Virus?

I keep on getting the following popping up anywhere, anytime. I have tried sevaral av and spyware packages in the hope of picking up the culprit, without success. There are two different warnings (Can only attach one)Anyone know what they areand how to remove it? Thanks

 

It's spam that comes through Messenger Service.
