   Is this Software still up to date or can I get rid of now?
   
   I have Process Guard and Reg Defend (both liscenced) installed on my
   computor right now. I also have Spyware Blaster and Ad-Aware Pro.

   Every now and then when I am messing with my IE settings it pops up to warn me that something is making changes. So from my vantage point, I am happy to have it still running. For NonIE users I don't know.

   For myself I have it installed since two years and it never poped even
   once, that's why I wonder if I still need it.
