Spyware Guard RunTime Error 5

    Hi

    When I open up Spyware Guard and click on the "Live Update" button, I get a message come up saying that there is a runtime error 5 and I am unable to update.

    Has anyone got any ideas as to the problem.

    Hi

    Panic over!!!

    For some reason my firewall was set to block the updates for it.

    Can't see why it happened though. It wasn't blocked!!
